Instructors

The Foundry is home to many high level instructors who have a passion for teaching Bjj. The ability to break down Jiu Jitsu knowledge and deliver it in a way that anyone can understand is a rare skill. You will find instructors at all three locations- Farmington, Rangeley, and Washington D.C. that have the skills needed to help you on your journey.
