What's your New Year's resolution???

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brings many attributes to the table that can have a positive impact on anyone's life.  With the New Year rolling around it's time for us all to start planning for the positive changes we will make in our lives to better ourselves and the impact we have on others.  Picking up a new sport is always a good way to initiate positive change in ourselves.  Becoming active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an effective way of boosting physical fitness, encouraging weight loss, increasing self confidence, and, at The Foundry, building life long, positive friendships with our team members, instructors, and coaches.  When you visit The Foundry for the first time you will find a supportive environment filled with caring individuals who are there to help you begin developing your skills.  With the help of The Foundry Family you will be able to begin working toward your New Year resolution, whatever it may be, with constant encouragement from all, and incredibly technical instruction from our teachers.  Come check us out and let us help you reach your goals!

I want to begin working from my back more often and become more comfortable attacking from there! I also would like to go to the NAGA New England and fight fiercely.

miss

i hope to heal up and get back on the mat. it's been really frustrating watching other people get good while i do stretches and try to strengthen my back little by little. if i start to feel better, i'm thinking about making one last run at the pan ams...who's with me? come on foundry! cali in march?

inner fire

to find the right eating habit to quell my inner fire so my fellows don't have to suffer from it.
