Previous Article | Next ArticleSundays Judo class was awesome! Thanks again to Nathaniel and Nick. We worked on some really slick grip breaking sequences and then went over some smaller details on a couple throws. If you have not had a chance to attend one of these classes make sure you set aside some time. Competition time is coming up shortly and we will be starting to prep for it. Everyone should focus on some Judo so that you can transition to the ground in a dominate position.
